What is your Shopify URL? *Your Shopify link is usually similar to username.myshopify.com.
Shopify Collaborator Request Code *Go to Settings → Users → Security, then scroll down to find the 4 digit code.

Do not enter your Shopify admin password. Diesel Designs only needs the collaborator request code so access can be requested safely through Shopify.

Custom Logo Design adds an additional $50.00 fee to your order.
